A better solution may be to establish weighted payouts to reflect the proximity between the purchase and the affiliate click, but honestly I’m not entirely convinced any of these options is better than reducing the commission. Yes after you’ve seen a whole bunch of these scams you really get a keen eye for spotting them. i know I can usually tell right away but sometimes they are more sophisticated and they actually look legitimate.
