If you've ever wanted to make money online, I'm sure you came across the term affiliate marketing. Maybe you even purchased eBooks and video trainings, joined affiliate networks such as Clickbank and JVZoo and thought the sales would start rolling in. Because when peopel think about affiliate marketing, they think about the 'fantasy' they've been told - the Easy Button. You start to get the idea that you can quit your day job, push the Easy Button, and live happily ever after after. But then, when you follow that, they seem to make money... but you don't. Sounds familiar?
That being said, LinkConnector’s platform looks and feels outdated and is rather clumsily designed. Their dashboard also makes it difficult to find “hot” products or compare conversion rates, leaving affiliates somewhat in the dark about which products to choose. Ironically, despite their low-quality website, they offer some of the best customer service in the affiliate space.
Writing good advertising sales copy (copywriting) is the other important skill for internet marketers. The good news is that when it comes to affiliate marketing, many vendors will provide you with copy to use for your blog posts, websites ads, etc. They'll give you the emails to send, the banner ads to display, and even posts you can use on social media (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
It can be published as a book, and other people have already suggested what to include into ‘part 2’. As someone who has been asked by other people wanting to promote my products/serviced, I’d love to read about the merchant’s side of AM, e.g. various software that can be used, how to choose affiliate partners, what to include in the agreement, etc.
There’s also an income disclaimer in tiny font at the very bottom of their page that states the numbers their promoting is not typical income and you shouldn’t expect to make that much. Add that to the fact that their name in itself is misleading—it’s not as simple as copy and paste to earn commissions—and there are some Red Flags with this program.
Choose a product that is relevant to your audience. Think about the traffic that will be visiting your blog. If you are writing a blog about sewing, it might not make sense to have affiliate links to weight lifting equipment. Chances are your readers wouldn’t be interested in that product. This means they would be less likely to click on the affiliate link, let alone purchase something through it.

There are "gurus" and programs that suggest affiliate marketing is a set-it-and-forget-it system to turn the Internet into a cash machine. While affiliate marketing can be done part-time, it's not automatic. It requires research and a plan. For this home business idea to succeed, you have to know and understand your target market and continue to do things to reach them so they can click on your affiliate links.
An influencer is an individual who holds the power to impact the purchasing decisions of a large segment of the population. This person is in a great position to benefit from affiliate marketing. They already boast an impressive following, so it’s easy for them to direct consumers to the seller’s products through social media posts, blogs, and other interactions with their followers. The influencers then receive a share of the profits they helped to create.
The vast majority of affiliate marketing relationships will be established either through a network or through the generic, impersonal interfaces of the companies who have established their own platforms. While the opportunity to generate additional revenue exists if networks are cut out of the picture, the substantial benefits they offer, including administrative responsibilities, makes them a pretty vital part of the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
Affiliate marketing describes any revenue-sharing plan where an online automated marketing program lets bloggers and website owners place an advertiser's banner ads, buttons or other advertising media on their own website. Webmasters will receive a referral fee or commission from conversions when a customer has clicked the affiliate link and performs the desired action, such as make a purchase or opt-in for downloads or newsletters on the advertiser's site. Advertisers invest in affiliate programs for lead generation, and, of course, sales.
Income potential is strong. PayScale reports the median income for an Internet marketing specialist is $46,638. Typical Internet marketing specialists may charge anywhere from $20 to $100 per hour or more, depending on the type of services provided and your skill level. Further, some earn commissions or bonuses, particularly if marketing strategies have good results.
But if you read the fine print at the bottom of their sales page, they clearly state that you’ll probably not have the same or even similar results as them. It’s all up to the individual and how hard they work and apply the strategies. This sounds fair because a real online business does take lots of time and work to build up and it’s not a turn-key done for you system which are often scams.
Copy Paste Commissions is said to be a more than four million dollar affiliate commission-creating strategy by Michael Cheney and Omar Martin. The twosome assure their subscribers that there’d be no need to be tech savvy or have a previous, Internet Marketing experience in order to benefit from the methods they practice and teach.
